All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — temperature-sensitive research materials that cannot be restocked, resold, or reused — all sales are final.

All products are sold strictly for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes only. Products are not for human or animal consumption, not for human or veterinary use, and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, cosmetic, or personal use.

For safety, regulatory, and compliance reasons, Value Peptides does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier. 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@valuepeptides.com or 844-489-2248 before filing a chargeback. We respond quickly and will work with you to resolve missing/damaged/incorrect items according to the process below.

If the carrier shows ‘Delivered’ but you did not receive the package, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan time so we can assist with carrier trace steps.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier.

Once an order has entered processing, been packed, shipped, or handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives with:

• Missing items
• Incorrect items
• Damaged products

You must contact Value Peptides within 7 business days of receiving your package.

• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photos of the packaging and affected item(s), if applicable

Once reviewed, Value Peptides may, at its sole discretion, determine an appropriate resolution for the affected item(s), which may include replacement shipment, store credit, partial refund, or refund of the affected item(s) only.

All resolutions are handled case-by-case at the sole discretion of Value Peptides. No return, replacement, credit, or refund is guaranteed unless approved in writing by Value Peptides.

No Unauthorized Returns

Do not send any product back to Value Peptides without written authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender. Acceptance of any returned package does not guarantee refund, credit, exchange, or replacement.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in reviewing the issue and, when appropriate, filing a claim with the carrier.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Value Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unsecured packages.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
